Sumit Nagal Wins ATP Challenger Title of 2019
Indian tennis player Sumit Nagal defeated local Contender Facundo Bagnis in straight sets to win the men’s singles title. Also, he won the Us dollar of 54160. Haryana’s Sunil defeated Bagnis 6-4 6-2 in an hour. And 37 minutes to claim the title. This is the second ATP challenger title in Nagal’s career. Moreover, he previously won the Bengaluru challenger tournament in 2017.
Congratulating Nagal, the sports minister kiren Rijiju wrote on his twitter handle,” Sumit Nagal’s is a great performance. And I congratulate him wholeheartedly for winning the ATP Challenger title. Also, Sumit will make it to the top 135 in the world ranking.”
The talented youngster gained a career-best ranking 135th on Monday. Sumit is the headline for last month. where he made a grand debut in the first round of the US open against Grand player Roger Federer.
Sunil says” I need some financial support, but people going away from me. Due to lack of financial support the match played in Argentina, I don’t have physio and trainer.”
Nagal says,” I am alone here. I play well but it’s not simple. At the age of 22, I made placed in the US open main dorm and win one set over Roger but there is no effect of it. No one is trying to give support for tennis.’
